Partner, Affiliate, and Sponsorship Program Terms

These Partner, Affiliate, and Sponsorship Program Terms ("Program Terms") apply to Modelflare's affiliate, partner, project sponsorship, Project Plaza, and related promotional programs (the "Programs"). They supplement the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Platform Usage Rules, and any written program offer or approval that applies to you.

1. Applications and eligibility

You must provide accurate, current information when applying to a Program. We may review your account, public channels, project information, use case, audience, content, ownership, sanctions status, payment risk, and prior activity. Approval is discretionary and does not guarantee an affiliate code, sponsorship, quota, commission, payout, publication, traffic, revenue, or continued participation.

You must keep your application, public links, contact information, project copy, proof, payout details, and tax or payment information accurate. We may request additional information, reject an application, suspend a participant, or terminate participation when information is missing, misleading, unverifiable, unsafe, unlawful, or inconsistent with these Terms or a third-party platform's rules.

2. Project listing and reciprocal promotion

New project applications request a Project Plaza listing and exposure opportunities. This program does not create or release Modelflare or Castaly quota and does not automatically enroll an applicant in the affiliate program. Affiliate participation requires a separate application or agreement.

Applicants must provide a public project description and at least one proposed Modelflare placement, identifying its page URL, exact position or access steps, and display format. Initial approval creates a project draft and agreed verification tasks. Publication requires public-listing consent and acceptance of all required placements. Featured recommendations are selected separately; no minimum impressions, visits, registrations, or revenue are promised.

Keep the agreed Modelflare mention and link visible while the project is listed. Tell us when a placement needs to move or be removed. We may request corrections and pause the listing if the agreed placement is missing, inaccessible, or materially changed. Private contact details, review notes, and placement plans are not part of the public project profile.

Historical quota plans, releases, and audit records remain available. This change does not automatically revoke credits already issued, cancel earlier commitments, or change an existing affiliate agreement. Unreleased historical commitments require separate review under the original written approval; the project-listing interface no longer issues quota.

3. Project Plaza and public listing

If you give public-listing consent and the sponsorship proof is accepted, you authorize us to publish and display the project name, logo, slogan, summary, description, category, tags, public URLs, repository links, sponsorship relationship, and other approved public profile material on Project Plaza, our websites, documentation, communications, and related promotional surfaces.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, resize, format, translate, and display that material only to operate, maintain, and promote the Programs. You represent that you have the rights needed for the material and that it does not infringe, mislead, expose confidential information, or violate another service's rules. You may request correction or removal through official support, but historical audit, settlement, legal, and security records may be retained where permitted or required.

Project Plaza listings and links are informational. A listing, badge, sponsorship, quota grant, or affiliate relationship is not a warranty, certification, investment recommendation, or endorsement of a project's security, legality, quality, results, or independent services.

4. Affiliate attribution, commissions, and payouts

Affiliate attribution may use partner or affiliate codes, referral cookies, local storage, signup context, account and payment records, and the attribution rules shown in the applicable Program materials. Attribution windows, commission rates, product treatment, hold periods, eligibility, and payout thresholds may vary by product, partner, offer, and version. The applicable terms are the terms accepted or recorded for the relevant partner or commission; later program changes do not automatically reprice finalized historical records.

Commissions may be pending, held, reversed, reduced, or rejected for refunds, disputes, chargebacks, cancelled payments, fraud, self-referrals, duplicate accounts, invalid traffic, policy violations, provider restrictions, or other ineligible activity. We may offset confirmed debts or reversal amounts against later commissions or payouts to the extent permitted by law.

Payouts are subject to identity or account verification, minimum thresholds, payout-provider availability, provider fees, exchange rates, taxes, withholding, sanctions checks, and payment-provider or banking rules. You are responsible for the accuracy of recipient and payout information and for your own tax, reporting, and regulatory obligations. We may retain encrypted payout records and payment audit records for security, accounting, dispute, fraud-prevention, and legal purposes.

5. Promotion and disclosures

You must not use misleading claims, fabricated audience or account proof, fake clicks, cookie stuffing, spam, unauthorized brand use, hidden redirects, self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or traffic designed to manipulate attribution or commissions. You must follow the rules of each channel where you promote Modelflare, Castaly, or a partner.

When a promotion, review, recommendation, Project Plaza listing, or external link involves a financial, quota, sponsorship, employment, ownership, or other material connection, you must disclose that connection clearly and near the relevant claim or link. You must not present sponsored or affiliate content as independent, unbiased, or guaranteed results.

External partner links open independent services. Their accounts, privacy, pricing, security, support, content, and availability follow the partner's own terms. Modelflare may receive a commission from eligible partner links where the link or disclosure says so.

6. Suspension, termination, and changes

We may pause, restrict, or terminate Program access, public listings, affiliate codes, grants, commissions, or payouts when needed to protect users, the Programs, payment systems, third-party services, or legal compliance. We may update these Program Terms or a Program's rates, attribution, eligibility, release, or payout rules prospectively by posting an updated version or providing notice through an official channel.

Sections concerning public material licenses, accrued financial adjustments, confidentiality, records, taxes, disclaimers, and dispute handling continue to apply after participation ends to the extent their purpose requires.
